Engagement & Payment Terms
For our Technical Triage and Monthly Infrastructure Retainer tiers, the initial invoice is due in full upon kickoff to initiate diagnostic routing and support. If a complex technical triage requires more than a single isolated fix, it will be scoped and billed as separate, distinct issues based on severity and time required. For our Starter Build and Growth & Custom Frameworks, we allocate dedicated engineering hours and configure server, API, and testing instances immediately upon kickoff. The 50% engineering deposit covers that initial physical architecture, ensuring we get paid for the architectural blueprinting and structural configuration we do in week one, while securing your deployment slot in our pipeline. Because these bespoke digital assets are built out immediately, kickoff invoices and deposits are non-refundable.
